2. Widget Data

Our app allows you to create and customize widgets such as photo widgets, calendar widgets, clock widgets, quote widgets, battery widgets, and countdown widgets.

All widget-related data (photos, notes, themes, layout settings) is:

• Stored locally on your device
• Not uploaded to any server
• Not accessible to us
• You control and manage your own widget content.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

If the app uses third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob or AppLovin for advertising, these services may collect anonymous data for ad personalization or analytics.

4. Permissions Used

The app may request certain permissions to operate widget features properly:

• Location Access: Only used to get weather information for your location and display the data in the weather widget. We do not share this data with anyone.
• Foreground Service Permission: Used strictly to update widgets in real-time.

We never use permissions for any other purpose.

Explanation for Requesting FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE Permission

Our application requires the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE permission strictly to ensure accurate and real-time updates for multiple home screen widgets. These widgets rely on continuous, time-sensitive data that cannot be refreshed reliably using standard background limitations or periodic jobs on modern Android versions.

Specifically, this permission is needed to:

• Update Clock Widgets: ensuring the displayed time remains accurate and synchronized.

• Update Weather Widgets with the latest temperature, conditions, and location-based data in a timely manner.

• Update Battery Widgets with real-time battery percentage and status information.

• Refresh Other Widgets (countdown, quotes, notes, calendar, photo widgets, etc.) to ensure user-selected data remains current.

We use this permission only for essential widget updates and never for unrelated background activities. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored. The foreground service runs efficiently, consumes minimal system resources, and stops when updates are no longer required.

This permission is necessary to provide users with widgets that function accurately and reliably, delivering the expected experience of real-time information on their home screen

5. Data Retention

Since we do not collect user data, we do not retain any personal information.

All widget data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear local app data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is safe for all ages.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

All data stored on your device is fully under your control.

We do not transmit data to external servers, reducing the risk of data exposure.
